Went to meet my SIP supervisor ytd afternoon. Just as I thought, she's a Japanese lady. I certainly don't remember seeing her in the sch before, but maybe I not observant enough? Anywayz, she just briefed us on where me and Chai Li will be working and what exactly will we be doing there. Then she gave us her contact details in case there's any problem. She told us that we won't have to go back to sch for any meeting during those 4 mths! We just have to write in this online journal daily on the sch SIP site. But it seems we'll need to be familiar with Microsoft Office and Dreamweaver. Ugh...i can't really remember how to use Excel. Think I need to refresh myself before work starts on the 23. Went to watch You, Me & Dupree after that at TM using the free movie pass. It was kinda funny at times but seriously, I'm starting to think Hollywood loves to use tasteless sexual humour jokes in this type of comedies nowadays. I mean, can't they find other ways to be funny w/o relying on these tasteless humour? Correct me if I'm wrong, but it just seems many Hollywood comedies are using this path in their comedies' plots nowadays. Movies I can remember in recent times NOT using this method is Failure to Launch and Yours, Mine & Ours. Are there any more? hmm... 姐姐 msged me after I finished the movie saying she was coming down to TM for dinner. Then I remembered it was the 12th! Her payday! Hehehe...started thinking what should I ask her to treat me to. 姐姐 wanted to eat 鼎泰豐 but I told her TM's 鼎泰豐 hires all those PRC waitresses now so why should we pay good money to have those kinda people serve us? I don't like them!!! Wish they'll all just GET OUT of sg lor... Managed to convince 姐姐 to go Billy Bombers in the end! Cos I missed the milkshakes there...haha! ^_^ Had a very filling dinner there. Yummy yum!!! Plus their milkshakes are the best!
